On Feb.19,1989 my best friend Syndi was murdered by
her sister Shari and 2 of her sister's friends. her
sister and 2 men and 1 woman was sentenced to jail.
her sister and the 2 men were tried and convicted of
1st degree murder and robbery. The women were sentenced
to 3 to 4 years in prison for helping the 2 men leave
the state after the murder. She was on parole for
another murder that she was involved in when she was
14 years old. I'm from Kansas.  She
(the woman) served only 2 years in jail for her part and
I believe that she should still be in jail for her
part. Syndi's Sister will be coming up for her
first parole  hearing next year.

She could be released
as early as Feb.20,2004.

 March 8,1975-Aug. 26,1995
Brian had just asked me to marry him and he was
killed 45 minutes later when he and another kid who I
didn't know were  drag racing and they were going so
fast that they didn't even have time to react .They
both hit a semi truck head on
killing both on impact.

 He had asked me for my
birthday which was Aug.28th. This also happened in
the state of Kansas.

Christopher S. Mariconi II

Sept. 20, 1980-Nov 7, 2003

My 23 year old son Christopher  was murdered on 11/7/03. He was on a first date with a young lady who had a psycho ex-boyfriend. After their date he went back to her room and as he was leaving this animal pushed his way in stabbed this young lady 2x, leaving her till this day partially paralyzed, and stabbed and pushed my son to five stories to his death. My son was to die alone in some alley. As long as I live I will never get that sight out of my mind. My sons murderer is an illegal immigrant and should have never been on American soil, but the INS is on TOP of everything. My sons murderer is being held without bail pending the trial. Our first evidentiary hearing is 9/29/04, nine days after my sons first birthday gone from me. Whatever justice is served will never be enough as it will never bring my beautiful, respectful, amazing, loyal young son home.

WE TRULY ARE DEALT THE LIFE SENTENCE. He leaves behind his only sibling Daniele who is 21 and his mom Robin as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a his friends who were like family to him. He had an energy and a smile that no one can compare to and will never be forgotten and forever missed.
